2. Products and Pricing

All diamonds are sold subject to availability. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices exclude VAT (SA only)

3. Order Confirmation

Your order is an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

4. Payment

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard and Amex as well as EFT. All payments must be made in full before the release of any products.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available within South Africa. International shipping may be available upon request. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final and no returns or refunds will be provided. Therefore, consultation and enquiries prior to the purchase are vital.

All Ruzow Diamonds are certified authentic. Each diamond comes with a certificate of authenticity.
