Returns and Refund Policy – Ruzow Diamonds
1. All Sales Are Final
At Ruzow Diamonds, we believe in the uniqueness and lasting value of each diamond we sell. Due to the high-value and individual nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been completed.
2. Importance of Consultation
Given our no-returns policy, we strongly emphasise the importance of a thorough pre-purchase consultation. This consultation is vital to ensure that you are making an informed decision and selecting the perfect diamond for your needs.
2.1 Consultation Process
- Our experts will guide you through the selection process.
- We will explain the 4Cs (Cut, Clarity, Color, and Carat) and how they affect the diamond’s value and appearance.
- You will have the opportunity to view and compare different diamonds through videos and certificates.
- We will answer all your questions and provide detailed information about each stone.
2.2 Scheduling a Consultation

2. Certification
Every diamond purchased from Ruzow Diamonds comes with a certificate of authenticity from a reputable gemological laboratory, i.e. GIA. We guarantee the accuracy of the grading and specifications as stated on this certificate.
4. Quality Assurance
We stand behind the quality of our diamonds. Each stone undergoes rigorous quality checks before being offered for sale.
5. Custom Orders
For custom orders or specially sourced diamonds, a non-refundable deposit may be required. This will be clearly communicated during the consultation process.
6. Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped Items
In the rare event that an item is damaged during shipping or if we have shipped an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases in the event of a sale or price reduction.
